Students who follow the Real Estate Agent program on one of the campuses benefit from a hands-on training that is exclusive to the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec and worth more than $1,000 if taken separately.
This additional training includes a training in 4 basics courses and a simulation of the ACAIQ exam.
At the Collège, training is regularly re-evaluated according to the needs of the labour market of the future agent. Practical aspects include subjects such as: 1) Sales Strategies in Real Estate, 2) Real Estate Business Language, 3) Real Estate Marketing, 4) Technology and Real Estate and Rules and 5) Regulations of the Real Estate Industry.
Length of the Agent Program
The Real Estate Agent program can be taken during the day or
at night, on a full-time or part-time basis.
Day: Monday to Friday, from
9:00 am to 4:00 pm, during 12 weeks
Night: Tuesday to Thursday,
from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, during 17 weeks, including 8 weekends
(Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
