becoming a real estate agent through distance learning

The five courses from the Real Estate Agent program can be taken remotely, either through distance learning or virtual classes. This format allows you to acquire, in the comfort of your home, the basic knowledge required to pass the ACAIQ exam, which leads to the Affiliated Real Estate Agent certificate.

If you choose distance learning (offered in French only), the Collège mails you all the material and a tutor is assigned to you, whom you can reach during a specific time period. For each course, which lasts a maximum of 24 weeks, you only need to mail your exercises on a regular basis.

You can also combine distance learning with virtual classes, via the Internet. Everyday, you can benefit from a teacher’s expertise and from other student contacts. The books are the same as the ones used in correspondence courses, and they are more enriched than those used in traditional classes. As for technical requirements, you will need a PC running on Windows, a headset with microphone and an Internet connection (min. 56K).

The final exam takes place in an institution near you.
