The Real Estate Agent program is made up of 240 hours of class
that lead to an Attestation of Collegiate Studies (ACS).
The program provides the basic training required to pass the
Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec
exam, which is a prerequisite to obtain an Affiliated Real Estate
Agent certificate.
Besides the basic training, the Collège sets itself apart
from other institutions that offer this program by adding an additional
60-hour hands-on training.
Basic Program
As specified in the Regulation respecting the application
of the Real Estate Brokerage Act, the Real Estate Agent program
is comprised of the following five courses:
