Presentation

Founded in 1993 and formerly known as the Collège de la Chambre immobilière du Grand Montréal, the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec is the largest real estate college in Quebec. It is widely considered the leader in its field.

It provides quality training to future real estate agents and brokers and it offers continuing education activities tailored to the needs of the professionals.

Since courses from the "Agent" and "Broker" programs and many continuing education activities are offered in both official languages, the Collège can serve both French-speaking and English-speaking students.

The Collège courses are given on the main campus, on Nuns’ Island, as well as at Laval Campus (3224, avenue Jean-Béraud) and at Collège de Rosemont (Montreal).

Thanks to distance learning courses (which can be taken with books or online in French only), the Collège de l'immobilier offers its high quality education to students from every region in Quebec.

Also, continuing education courses intended for professionals are held in the different Quebec real estate boards, and some of them are offered through distance learning.

The Collège de l'immobilier du Québec is a non-funded private educational institution holder of a permit from the Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec.
