COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER PROGRAM

The Commercial Real Estate Broker Program consists of 318 hours of courses and leads to a diploma issued by the Collège de l'immobilier. Students can complete the Commercial Real Estate Broker Program in either French or English, on campus or online (virtual class). Some courses are also offered through distance education (in French).

The Program provides students with:

• The basic training needed to successfully complete the examination given by the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ);
  
• Skills that will become a competitive advantage for their career.

PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLAN

The Collège de l’immobilier du Québec adapts its Commercial Real Estate Broker training according to students’ backgrounds. Some students may already have several years of professional experience under their belt. Others may have a diploma or credit courses.

Commercial real estate broker training is customizable for students who have already acquired pertinent skills. These skills must be recognized according to the policy established by the Collège.

The OACIQ’s exam takes into account language quality and the use of mathematics.
