The Real Estate Broker program is offered to affiliated real estate agents on the Nuns' Island campus.

By choosing the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec for the Broker program, agents are given an education that matches their future responsibilities and benefit from the Collège's numerous exclusive advantages, such as a review workshop at the end of their program that helps prepare for the ACAIQ exam.

Future real estate brokers also benefit from an ACAIQ mock exam, a workshop on the duties and responsibilities of a broker and a 6-hour training session on the financial calculator.

Length of the Broker Program

Each course from the Real Estate Broker program is given at the rate of one day per week.

The Collège offers to real estate agents registered in the Broker program an attractive promotion: follow and successfully complete all 5 courses from the Broker program and pay only 4 courses, a 20% discount!

To take advantage of this promotion, you must register to each of the first 4 courses from the 902.57 program as they are offered, complete them with a passing grade and the 5th course is then offered to you for free.
