Well aware that real estate professionals have busy schedules, the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec is relying more and more on distance learning to meet their needs.

One course from the Broker program is offered through distance learning and four other courses as virtual classes, via the Internet.

Distance learning (Offered in French only)

Concerning distance learning, the Collège mails you all the material and a tutor is assigned to you, whom you can reach during a specific time period. For each course, which lasts a maximum of 24 weeks, you only need to mail your exercises on a regular basis.

Virtual classes (Offered in French only)

During virtual classes, you are linked, verbally or by email, to a teacher and the other students. Your computer screen becomes the teacher's blackboard and you are part of a well-connected community. The final exam takes place in an institution near you.
