Where is the training given?
The Real Estate Broker program is given on the Collège
de l'immobilier du Québec's main campus, on Nuns' Island.
You can also choose distance learning.
The course Introduction to Revenue Properties can be taken
remotely (in French only), as well as an accounting course, to which you must add a 6-hour hands-on session on the Collège premises.
The courses Real Estate Management, Real Estate Law II and Commercial Law are offered as virtual classes, via the Internet (in French only). Please note that you can also combine distance learning and on-campus learning.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible to the Real Estate Broker program, you must:

Real Estate Agent certificate. |

Canadian citizenship. |

of studies. |
