The Fondation du Collège de l’immobilier du Québec is a non-profit organization. Its goal is to help prepare the next generation of residential, commercial and mortgage real estate professionals. To do so, it has established three ambitious scholarship programs.

The Fondation du Collège relies on the contribution of partners who donate generously to the Excellence Program, including its main activity, the Excellence Night. Become a partner for 2010-2011.

In addition to the Excellence Program and donations, the Fondation’s main fundraiser is the Fall Colours Golf Tournament (October 4, 2010).

The Fondation is managed by a board of directors composed of residential real estate, commercial real estate and mortgage brokerage representatives.

Scolarship Program

The Scholarship Program of the Fondation du Collège de l'immobilier du Québec helps reduce tuition fees for eligible, full-time Collège students enrolled in a credit program leading to an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS).

The scholarships have a maximum value of $750, until available funding is exhausted.
