Spirit of partnership

In order to offer the best possible training, the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec develops partnerships with organizations or associations willing to lend their expertise.

For example, by working closely with the Corporation des propriétaires immobiliers du Québec (CORPIQ), the Collège set up two seminars on real estate investment and real estate management.

Continuing Education Unit

The Collège de l'immobilier du Québec is a member of the Société de formation et d'éducation continue (SOFEDUC), the official body in Canada that accredits associations and organizations which issue continuing education units (CEU). These units serve as formal recognition of learning gained.

One CEU equals 10 hours of training. The number of CEU for each advanced learning activity is specified on the attestations the Collège issues to its students.
