The Collège, formerly known as the Collège de la Chambre immobilière du Grand Montréal, was founded in 1993. The Collège de l'immobilier du Québec is the largest real estate college in Québec, and is widely considered the leader in its field due to its high-quality academic program.
It provides quality training to future real estate agents and brokers as well as continuing education activities tailored to the needs of both professionals and the public.
Thanks to teh experience and expertise of its team, the Collège offers 3 real estate training programs that are unique and exclusive. With a teaching format that is focused on competencies and knowledge, students attending the Collège receive the training they neek to take the OACIQ exams.
As a private higher education institute accredited by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS) the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec may offer the credited programs (AEC) if there is a sufficient number of student. It is not subsidized and is non-profit.
