REAL ESTATE BROKER PROGRAM
The Real Estate Broker Program consists of 285 hours of courses and leads to a diploma issued by the Collège de l'Immobilier. Students can complete the Real Estate Broker Program on campus, through distance learning (in French only) or through virtual classes, in either English or French.
The Program provides students with:

The basic training needed to successfully complete the examination given by the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ);

The skills that will become a competitive advantage for their career.
The Real Estate Broker Program consists of the following 6 courses:
- Real Estate Law I (45 hours)
- Real Estate Law II (30 hours)
- Real Estate Appraisal (45 hours)
- Real Estate Mathematics (45 hours)
- Real Estate Brokerage Act (30 hours)
- Drafting of Contracts and Documents (75 hours)

Personalized Training Plan
The Collège de l’immobilier du Québec adapts its Real Estate Broker training according to students’ backgrounds. Some students may already have several years of professional experience under their belt. Others may have a diploma or credit courses.
Real estate broker training is customizable for students who have already acquired pertinent skills. These skills must be recognized according to the policy established by the Collège.
The OACIQ’s exam takes into account language quality and the use of mathematics.
All students must take a placement test. Supplementary training is provided based on results of this test.
