Deadline for Completing the Real Estate Broker Program (902.57)

• All students currently enrolled in the Real Estate Broker Program, whether in the classroom, in a virtual class or in distance learning, must have COMPLETED the program and obtained an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in the 18 months following the entry into force of the new Real Estate Brokerage Act, which is scheduled for May 1, 2010.

Deadline for Completing the Real Estate Agent Program (902.56)

• All students currently enrolled in the Real Estate Agent Program, whether in the classroom, in a virtual class or in distance learning, must have COMPLETED the program and obtained an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in the 12 months following the entry into force of the new Real Estate Brokerage Act, which is scheduled for May 1, 2010.
