Prepared by the multidisciplinary legal firm de Grandpré Joli-Coeur, s.e.n.c.r.l., lawyers and notaries of the firm have built this course, so that you can acquire and develop a basic knowledge in this real estate field. The entire exercise, in conformity with the Real Estate Brokerage Act, is to ensure that consumers are being served by real estate professionals who truly benefit from continuous and professional training.
At the end of the training, the participants will be able to understand the various types of co-ownerships, and the various parts of a declaration of co-ownership; they will also learn how a co-ownership functions on a day-to-day basis, and they will see examples of real estate transactions related thereto.
- Day 1: Basic notions of co-ownership and Declaration of co-ownership
- Day 2: The parties involved in a co-ownership and the functioning rules of co-ownership
- Day 3: Finances, insurance and co-ownership improvements
- Day 4: Real estate co-ownership transactions
Note that the training is given during these 4 days: November 28, November 29, December 5 and December 6, 2017 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Nuns' Island campus, in ENGLISH.
