NEW COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PROGRAM COMING SOON!

The Collège de l’immobilier du Québec will be launching soon a new version of its Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Program (EEC.2F). This enhanced and fully modernized using cutting-edge technology program, will be fully aligned with the highest education standards and the new competency framework introduced by the OACIQ.

The NEW Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Program (EEC.2F) is recognized by the ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur (MES), consists of 8 courses and 450 hours of courses. Students will be able to complete this program by choosing the self-paced formula over a period of 7 or 10 months or virtual formula over a 7 months period.

Successful completion of the NEW Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Program allows you to register for the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec’s (OACIQ) certification exam. Your newly acquired skills will give your future career in this field a competitive edge.
