VIRTUAL OR BY CORRESPONDENCE 

Our COMMERCIAL real estate SPECIALIZATION PROGRAM is aimed at :

• a real estate broker with a valid residential real estate licence and who would like to add the commercial specialization to his/her practice.
• a student who has completed his/her Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in residential real estate brokerage in Quebec over the last two years.

Our commercial specialization program is offered in virtual class, or hybrid at our 3 campuses, in French or English, on a day schedule or a nights & weekends schedule, and by correspondance. 

COMMERCIAL SPECIALIZATION - 3 to 4 months 

The program totals 120 hours. The courses covered in this program are as follows:

• Commercial Real Estate Contracts and Documents (60 h);
• Real Estate Finance (60 h).
