A delegation made up of some of Quebec’s leaders from the real estate industry such as the OACIQ, Centris, RGCQ and the College de l’immobilier du Québec, was on a mission to Brussels in September to meet with their Belgian counterparts.

Meeting with Belgian counterparts

Throughout this mission, our CEO was warmly received by leading real estate players from Belgium. She had the opportunity to share and discuss with the Haute École Charlemagne Institute, the EFP and the CEFIM.

She also had the opportunity to discuss with leaders from different federations of real estate agents in Belgium: The Professional Institute in Real Estate and FEDERIA (Federation of French Real Estate Agents of Belgium).

Similarities and Synergies

Although the laws and regulations of the real estate market are different, the working visit revealed complementarities concerning training programs which could lead to future partnerships.

Overall, it may be said that the mission was rich in discussions and the participation of the College in this delegation is part of our continuous effort and initiative to provide high-quality training programs to our students.
