Our COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL real estate SPECIALISATIONS PROGRAMS are for any real estate broker with a valid license who would like to add either of these specialization to his practice.  Also, our specializations are for any students who has completed his Attestation of Collegial Studies in residential or commercial real estate brokerage in Quebec over the last two years.
