Our basic training program allows entry to the residential real estate certification exam and is recognized by the OACIQ.

IN PERSON, VIRTUAL OR HYBRID FORMULA

The Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program (EEC.22) is recognized by the ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEES) and consists of 390 hours of courses. Students can complete this program in class through virtual classes, or hybrid,  in either English or French. The program is spread out over a period of approximately 5 to 6 months.

 The Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program consists of the following courses:

Core courses:

  • Career Analysis and Business Management (45h);
  • Real Estate Law (75h);
  • Real Estate Mathematics (45h);
  • Real Estate Appraisal (45h);
  • Real Estate Brokerage Act (45h);
  • Architecture and Construction (45h).

Specialization course:

  • Drafting of Contracts and Documents (90h).

Successful completion of the Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program allows you to register for the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec’s (OACIQ) certification exam. Your newly acquired skills will give your future career in this field a competitive edge.
