HYBRID FORMULA, VIRTUAL FORMULA or SELF-PACED LEARNING

The Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program (EEC.22) is recognized by the ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEES) and consists of 450 hours of courses.

Students can complete this program by choosing the hybrid formula, the virtual formula or the self-paced learning formula. The program is spread over a period of 7 months (in virtual or hybrid) and 7 to 10 months (in self-paced learning). Registration is on-going for our self-paced learning formula. 

 The program consists of the following courses:

• Real Estate Mathematics (60h);
• Real Estate Law (60h);
• Real Estate Appraisal (75h);
• Building and Construction (60h);
• Real Estate Brokerage Act (60h);
• Planning of Professional Activities in Residential Real Estate (45h);
• Drafting of Contracts and Documents for Residential Real Estate (45h);
• Practical Applications in Residential Real Estate Brokerage (45h).

Successful completion of the Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program allows you to register for the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec’s (OACIQ) certification exam. Your newly acquired skills will give your future career in this field a competitive edge.
