Our basic training program allows entry to the residential real estate certification exam and is recognized by the OACIQ.
HYBRID FORMULA, VIRTUAL FORMULA or BY CORRESPONDANCE
The Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program (EEC.22) is recognized by the ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEES) and consists of 390 hours of courses. Students can complete this program by choosing the hybrid formula, the virtual formula or the by correspondance formula.
The program consists of the following courses:
- Career Analysis and Business Management (45h);
- Real Estate Law (75h);
- Real Estate Mathematics (45h);
- Real Estate Appraisal (45h);
- Real Estate Brokerage Act (45h);
- Architecture and Construction (45h);
- Drafting of Contracts and Documents (90h).
Successful completion of the Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program allows you to register for the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec’s (OACIQ) certification exam. Your newly acquired skills will give your future career in this field a competitive edge.
The OACIQ is about to update its competency framework — the perfect opportunity for us to reimagine our residential real estate brokerage program. The result: a new version of our residential real estate program launching on June 1, 2025!
The new version of the program will consist of 450 hours of courses. Students can complete this program in virtual format, hybrid format, or self-paced learning.
The program is spread over a period of 7 months (in virtual or hybrid) and 7 to 10 months (in self-paced learning). Information about course listings will be available shortly. For more information, contact an Admissions Advisor.
