New Correspondence Formula for Commercial Real Estate Specialization

The Collège de l’immobilier du Québec is now offering its correspondence formula to students in commercial real estate brokerage specialization programs, in both French and English. Since students in the specialization programs are practising real estate brokers or recent graduates in residential real estate brokerage, they are looking for great flexibility in their training path, while having the assurance of receiving a complete and recognized education.

Correspondence learning gives them the opportunity to acquire their specialization at their own pace and on their own schedule.

As we are always attentive to the needs of our students, we thought about ways in which we could help students in the specialization programs to conciliate their studies with their professional responsibilities. Correspondence training was the obvious choice. It’s the teaching formula that offers the greatest flexibility, while providing the support necessary for success. For self-reliant, disciplined people like real estate brokers, it’s the best of both worlds.  —François Boutin, director of studies

Become a Master of your Schedule with the Correspondence Formula

An academic coach will be assigned for each course, and a meeting session will be planned with him at the beginning of each course of the program. If needed, the student will be able to communicate with its academic coach throughout its specialization. This program, although autonomous, introduces a course order. Final exams take place virtually.

Many Advantages of Correspondence Learning

  • A flexible formula for students with a desire for autonomy;
  • Academic coaches, teachers and real estate experts dedicated and accessible for each course;
  • A learning management portal that allows students to track their progress, consult documentation and tools for each course, and submit their work online;
  • Textbooks and workbooks, available in digital and print versions.

As with all the teaching formulas offered by the Collège, it is also an up-to-date approach focused on market realities, led by a team of experts in the real estate field, and compliant with the OACIQ competency standards.

The Collège de l’immobilier du Québec, Master of Real Estate Brokerage Training

This is in addition to the OACIQ exam preparation workshops and activities recently provided to commercial real estate students. The Collège de l’immobilier, already a leader in real estate brokerage training in Quebec, reaffirms its commitment to offering its students the best possible conditions for success.
