The Agency Executive Officer:

• is an outstanding broker who understands residential and commercial real estate brokerage practices and mortgage brokerage practices;
• manages a full team (brokers, administrative staff, etc.);
• ensures the sound management of the real estate agency (financial, human and material resources, etc.);
• works to integrate new brokers within the team;
• sets the agency’s objectives, communicates them and mobilizes the team to accomplish these objectives;
• builds the agency’s network and ensures its visibility.
