Since 1993, the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec has by far graduated the largest number of students who register for the certification exam of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ). All programs offered at the Collège comply with competency frameworks and are approved by the OACIQ. In addition, some training programs lead to an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) and provide access to student financial assistance.
